Reservation Rules

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED
IN ADVANCE

Open 7 days a week running 3 cruises daily. A VALID CREDIT CARD is needed to hold your reservation. We do not require a deposit. All reservations must be taken over the phone IN ADVANCE at 916-800-7887.

All wine-tasting cruises are private.

Same day reservations are possible but need to be made at least 3 hours in advance. Please check time slot availability with your captain by texting 916-800-7887. He is most likely captaining a wine-tasting cruise, however, he will get back to you promptly.

Please acknowledge closure dates before requesting a reservation. Upcoming closure dates: Monday April 29th through Wednesday May 1st, June 4th through June 16th (Captain ‘‘E” is getting married), July 4th and July 5th, July 29th through August 2nd. Year end closure, November 26th, 2024.

NO CHILDREN under 12 years old.

For a quick response, CALL & TEXT 916-800-7887 and leave a voicemail to make your RESERVATION REQUEST. PLEASE BE PATIENT for a response as the captain is most likely on a cruise, however, he will get back to you ASAP. INCLUDE your NAME, PARTY SIZE, STANDARD OR PREMIUM, and DATE/TIME requested.

Minimum of 2 guests and a
maximum of 6 guests per cruise.

Customer group weight capacity cannot exceed 1300 lbs. per cruise.

All reservations meet at the Clarksburg Marina, 36339 S River Rd, Clarksburg, CA 95612.

Boarding time starts 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE TIME. IF YOU RUN LATE, YOUR CRUISE WILL BE SHORTENED. BE EARLY.

Wait at the top of the marina until you’re motioned down.

If you do not show up or “forget” to cancel your reservation on the day of your cruise, you will be charged a NO-SHOW fee of $200 (*see cancellation policy above).

Dress casual, flats only, please.
Our marina stairs are steep.

You and your guests MUST be able-bodied enough to walk down/up 20 stairs to the boat from the parking lot.

ALL GUESTS must sign the release form on the boat before the cruise leaves the dock.

No wheelchairs allowed
(Marina and boat are not ADA accessible)

WE HAVE THE RIGHT
TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Always be respectful to the captain. Any obnoxiousness/attitude addressed towards the captain during the cruise or while boarding the vessel will result in immediate cancellation of your cruise and you will be charged full price on the credit card used to hold your reservation.

Dietary Needs

We are excited to be able to accommodate most dietary needs. If you have any specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance so that we can provide a seamless and fun river experience for you and your guests. An additional beer and wine list is available for further purchase.

Payment

A valid Credit/Debit Card IS REQUIRED to hold your reservation. ALL PAYMENT IS NOT DUE TILL THE END OF YOUR CRUISE. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash are all accepted forms of payment for your cruise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cruise payment is not due till the end of the cruise. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your departure time. If you cancel within 24 hours from your departure time or do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged a $200.00 cancellation/no show fee on the credit/debit card used to book your reservation.
